Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team in Marseille. This role is part of an apprenticeship program in partnership with ESG Sport & WIN Sport, starting in September 2025. The candidate will be trained in the management and leadership of a department, including footwear, textiles, stock, and cashier duties. He/She will work under the supervision of managers and a tutor and will manage a team of versatile sales associates to improve department profitability.

Role Involves:

• Managing and leading a department (footwear, textiles, stock, or cashier).
• Managing a team of versatile sales associates.
• Analyzing sales indicators (KPIs) and communicating them to the team.
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Managing deliveries, team briefings, and cash register operations.
• Maintaining the overall presentation of the department.

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management in commerce.
• Leadership skills with the ability to unite a team towards a common goal.
• Exemplary sales skills and passion for knowledge sharing.
• Versatility to perform and engage in human relations.
