Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F in Montpellier. This role involves managing and leading a team, analyzing sales indicators, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the profitability of their department and should be passionate about retail and team leadership. The role is based in France.

JD Sports is the undisputed King of Baskets, has 3,400 stores in 38 countries around the world. Today, more than 130 stores are located in France with more openings happening each year.

Role involves:

• Managing and leading a team of sales advisors
• Analyzing sales indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring overall presentation of the department
• Opening and closing of the store

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management/commerce
• Leadership skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to transmit knowledge
• Versatile and passionate about human relations
