Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team in Nice. The company has 3,400 boutiques in 38 countries. JD Sports is expanding in France with more than 130 stores and plans to open around 15 new stores each year.

The Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F will be trained in the management and animation of a department (footwear, textiles, stock, or checkout). They will manage a team of versatile salespeople, under the supervision of managers and a tutor, and will be an animator of sales.

Role Involves:

• Managing and animating a department.
• Managing a team of versatile salespeople.
• Analyzing and communicating commercial indicators (KPIs).
• Managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing teams, and planning daily breaks.
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department.

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 diploma in management.
• Leadership skills and ability to unite others towards a common goal.
• Exemplary sales skills and ability to transmit knowledge.
• Versatility and passion for human relations.
