Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team in Dijon. This role is part of JD Sports' effort to expand with several new stores planned each year . The company values teamwork, fun, passion, and investment in its employees' careers.

The Alternant Superviseur will be trained in managing and leading a department, including footwear, textiles, stock, and cashier duties. They will manage a team of versatile sales associates under the supervision of managers and a tutor and animate sales.

Role Involves:

• Managing and leading a department (footwear, textile, stock, cashier)
• Managing a team of versatile sales associates
• Analyzing and communicating commercial indicators (KPIs) to the team
• Assisting with store openings and/or closings
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management in commerce
• Leadership skills
• Excellent sales skills and ability to share knowledge
• Versatility and passion for human relations
