Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team in Lille. This role is part of an apprenticeship program in partnership with WIN Sport, starting in September 2025. The ideal candidate will be trained in managing and leading a department, including footwear, textiles, stock, and cashier duties. They will work under the supervision of managers and a supervisor, animating a team of versatile sales staff to improve department profitability. Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a department (footwear, textile, stock, or cashier)
• Managing a team of versatile sales staff
• Analyzing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Overseeing store openings and/or closings
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the department

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management within the commerce industry
• Leadership skills with the ability to unite a team towards a common goal
• Exemplary sales skills and a passion for sharing knowledge
• Versatility and a passion for human relations
