Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team in Nantes. The role involves being trained in the management and animation of a department, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cash register. The candidate will be part of the management team, managing a team of versatile sales staff under the supervision of managers and a tutor, with the main goal of improving the department's profitability.

• Managing and leading a team of sales advisors to provide excellent customer service.
• Analyzing and communicating commercial indicators (KPIs) to the team.
• Performing store openings and/or closings, managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing the team, and planning daily breaks.
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the department, with the support of visual merchandisers.

Requirements:

• Hold a BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to unite a team towards a common goal.
• Excel in sales and enjoy sharing your expertise.
• Be versatile and passionate about human relations.
