Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon (H/F) to join their team in Caen. The role involves managing and leading a team of sales associates, as well as ensuring excellent customer service and store profitability.

The Alternant Superviseur will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, and team management. This is a developmental role for Bachelor & Master students in partnership with WIN Sport for the September 2025 intake.

Role Involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales associates.
• Analyzing sales data and KPIs to improve store performance.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• A completed BAC+2 or BAC+3 in management.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
