Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team. This role is based in Angers, France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and animation of a specific department, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cash. The employee will work under supervision of managers and tutor.

As a member of the management team, the candidate will manage a team of versatile sales associates and will be an effective sales driver. The main objective is to improve the profitability of the department. The role involves analyzing commercial indicators (KPIs) and communicating them to the team. This role requires someone who can successfully perform store openings and closings, meaning they must be capable of handling deliveries, briefing and debriefing teams, planning daily breaks, and managing cash registers.

Role Involves:

• Managing and developing a team of sales associates.
• Analyzing and communicating commercial indicators (KPIs).
• Ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• A BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management in commerce.
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent sales skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.
