JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team in Lille, France. JD Sports has 3,400 boutiques in 38 countries. The candidate will be trained in the management and animation of a department: footwear, textiles, stock or cash register. As a true member of the management team, you will manage a team of versatile salespeople, under the supervision of your managers and your tutor. You will be a true sales representative H/F.Role involves:

• Managing and leading a team of sales associates.
• Accompanying vendors daily, delegating missions to them.
• Analyzing sales indicators such as CA, IV, PM, TT, etc.
• Managing store openings and/or closings.
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the department.

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management in the trade
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train others.
• Versatility and a passion for human relations.
