Job Description

JD Sports is looking for an Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F to join their team. The role will be based in Metz, France. The Alternant Superviseur de rayon H/F will be trained in the management and animation of a department: footwear, textile, stock or cash desk. As a true member of the management team, he/she will manage a team of versatile salespersons, under the supervision of his/her managers and tutor. He/she will be a true sales leader.

Role involves:

• Managing and animating a department (footwear, textile, stock or cash desk)
• Managing a team of versatile salespersons
• Improving the profitability of your department
• Accompanying the sales team daily, delegating tasks and controlling their proper completion
• Analyzing and communicating commercial indicators (KPIs) to the team
• Managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing the team, planning daily breaks, opening and closing cash registers
• Ensuring the good general presentation of your department

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management in commerce
• Leadership skills
• Excellence in the art of sales and a passion for transmitting your know-how
• Versatility and a passion for human relations
