Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Superviseur de rayon (H/F) to join their team. This role is based in Saint Etienne. The company has 3,400 boutiques in 38 countries.This person will be trained in the management and animation of a department: footwear, textile, stock or cash desk. As a member of the management team, they will manage a team of versatile salespeople, under the supervision of their managers and tutor and will be a real sales facilitator.Role involves:

• Managing and leading a team of sales associates
• Analyzing sales indicators (KPIs) and communicating them to the team
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Managing deliveries and store presentation
• Opening and closing the store

Requirements:

• A diploma of BAC+2 or BAC+3 in management in the commerce
• Leadership skills and the ability to unite those around him towards a common goal
• Excellent sales skills and a passion for passing on your know-how
• Versatility and a passion for human relations
