Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store's operations. The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring the store meets its objectives. This role is based in Nancy, France.

The Assistant Store Manager's responsibilities include:

• Enhancing store performance through sales growth and cost management.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on store activity.
• Monitoring the competition and market trends.
• Leading and motivating the store team.
• Managing team schedules and tasks
• Supporting with customer issue resolution.
• Developing and coaching managers and sales associates.
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and evaluating staffs.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Overseeing stocks and loss prevention.
