Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a store manager to lead their Perpignan location. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, cost reduction, and analysis of key performance indicators. Company has 3 400 boutiques in 38 countries and keeps expanding. The role involves monitoring the competition, managing and motivating a team, handling HR tasks, ensuring the store's appearance, and overseeing stock and cash management. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, and a natural leader with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Driving store performance and achieving sales targets
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
• Leading, training, and developing the store team
• Managing HR functions, including recruitment and scheduling
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Overseeing stock control and cash handling procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements
• Ability to maintain store standards and procedures
