JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager to lead its store. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store performance by increasing sales, reducing costs, and analyzing KPIs. They will monitor the market and competitors, manage and motivate the team. They will manage payroll, recruit and train employees, conduct performance reviews, and create schedules. The manager will oversee merchandising, cleanliness, stock, cash register, and product orders, ensuring smooth store operations.
