Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee a department within their store in Marseille. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and supervisors, improving department profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The Floor Manager will work for JD Sports, the Undisputed English King of Baskets! With 3,400 stores in 38 countries. In France, more than 130 stores are located and about fifteen openings are expected each year.

Role Involves:

• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors.
• Improving department profitability through analysis of key performance indicators.
• Overseeing store openings and closings.
• Managing deliveries and daily team briefings.
• Handling HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-presented.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to train others.
• Versatility in handling both personnel and financial matters.
