Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager (H/F) to lead its store in Trignac. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, costs, and team management. He will be working for company having 3400 boutiques in 38 countries. Company has more than 130 boutiques in France and expects around 15 openings each year.

Role Involves:

• Driving store performance through sales growth and cost reduction.
• Analyzing KPIs and reporting on store activity.
• Monitoring the competition and market trends.
• Leading and motivating the store team.
• Managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
• Managing stock levels and minimizing losses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of HR practices.
