Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Superviseur de rayon (H/F) to manage a department in their Lille store. The Superviseur will be responsible for improving the profitability of their assigned department, whether it be footwear, textile, stock, or cashier. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. The Superviseur will analyze sales indicators, communicate them to the team, and ensure the proper presentation of their department in collaboration with visual merchandisers.

The role involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales associates.
• Analyzing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Performing store opening and closing duties.
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department.
