Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Superviseur de rayon. This role involves managing a department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or checkout, with the primary goal of improving its profitability. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting a team of sales associates
• Analyzing commercial indicators (KPIs) and communicating them to the team
• Performing store openings and/or closings
• Managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing the team
• Planning daily breaks
• Opening and closing cash registers
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in managing a team
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train others
• Versatility in handling both people management and numerical data
