Verkada is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to join their growing Sales organization. This role is based in Austin, TX. The Sales Enablement Lead will be responsible for driving onboarding, ensuring team readiness, and increasing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a solid understanding of sales support functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic enablement partner for a team of approximately 100 individuals.
  • Organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content.
  • Identify needs in the sales organization and create training content.
  • Project manage the execution of enablement programs.
  • Become a product matter expert.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Own the onboarding calendar end-to-end.
  • Manage sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars.
  • Help manage and support tools and resources.
  • Maintain updated knowledge within the internal Sales Hub.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or broader Sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of GTM enablement programs, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and translate vision into a clear strategy.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
