JD Sports, a leading sports fashion retailer with over 3,400 stores in 38 countries, is seeking a motivated Superviseur de rayon to join their team in Limoges. With over 130 stores in France and plans for further expansion, JD Sports offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

The Superviseur de rayon will be responsible for managing a specific department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cash registers.

Role Involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales assistants.
• Analyzing sales KPIs and communicating them to the team.
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Managing deliveries, team briefings, and cash register operations.
• Maintaining the presentation of the department.

Requirements:
