This role involves managing a specific department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cashier duties. The primary focus is to enhance the department's profitability through effective team leadership, sales analysis, and ensuring excellent customer service.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Delegating tasks to team members and monitoring their performance.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, individual value, average basket, and traffic ticket.
• Managing store opening and closing procedures.
• Overseeing deliveries, team briefings, and daily break schedules.
• Maintaining the presentation and appeal of the department, using visual merchandising expertise.

Requirements:
