Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Superviseur de rayon (H/F) in Chambéry. The company is a leading sports fashion retailer with a strong presence in Europe and internationally. The Superviseur de rayon will be responsible for managing a specific section of the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cash registers. Their primary goal will be to improve the profitability of their assigned section.

Role involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, items per visit, average transaction value, and total transactions.
• Communicating KPIs to the team and developing strategies to improve performance.
• Performing store opening and closing duties, including managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing the team, scheduling breaks, and managing cash registers.
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the assigned section, with the support of visual merchandisers.

• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to coach and train others.
