Job Description

JD Sports is looking for a motivated and experienced Superviseur de rayon to join their team in Annecy. The Superviseur de rayon will be responsible for managing a department within the store, such as footwear, textile, stock, or checkout. The main goal is to improve the department's profitability.This role involves:

• Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Analyzing sales indicators (KPIs) and communicating them to the team.
• Managing store openings and closings, including deliveries, team briefings, and cash register operations.
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department, with the support of visual merchandisers.

The ideal candidate will have:
