Superviseur de rayon H/F

JD Sports is seeking a Superviseur de rayon to manage a department in their Grenoble store. The Superviseur will be responsible for improving the profitability of their department, managing and motivating a team of sales associates, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the department is well-presented.

• Role Involves:
• Managing a department (footwear, textile, stock, or cash register)
• Leading and motivating a sales team
• Analyzing sales data (KPIs)
• Managing deliveries, team briefings, and cash registers
• Ensuring proper presentation of the department

Requirements:
• Previous team management experience
• Excellent sales skills
• Versatility in handling both people and numbers
