Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Cleaning Agent to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of its premises in Lille. The Cleaning Agent will be responsible for performing cleaning operations on surfaces and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.

The role involves:

• Cleaning premises
• Organizing work according to schedule and safety instructions
• Selecting and dosing products based on surfaces
• Reading labels and following instructions
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting premises and surfaces
• Sorting and disposing of waste
• Changing trash bags
• Checking cleanliness of premises
• Identifying surfaces for disinfection
• Maintaining and storing equipment after use
• Avoiding disruption to store staff
• Reporting stock replenishment needs
• Maintaining stock levels and informing the manager
• Providing service during events (sales, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of cleaning product properties and safety precautions
• Respect for hygiene and safety rules
• First aid notions
• Organizational skills and cleaning methodology
• Team spirit
• Speed and quality of execution
• Interpersonal skills (discretion, honesty, friendliness)
