Job Description
Valera Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts to deliver compassionate mental health care through telehealth. The therapist will join a collaborative care team and focus on clinical work, supported by technology and an EMR system. Valera Health provides malpractice insurance and clinical training opportunities. This is a fully remote position with flexible, part-time hours.
The role involves:
- Rendering evidence-based treatment to patients.
- Providing mental health services via telehealth.
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy.
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Completing and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
- Active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts.
- 1 year of psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.
- 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and private space.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
