Information Security Lead at Delasport

Delasport is seeking an Information Security Lead to join their R&D center in Kyiv. The Information Security Lead will be responsible for monitoring compliance with information security and privacy policies, completing vendor security assessments, reviewing security clauses in contracts, and enhancing security training programs. The role involves managing technological risk assessments, developing IT and security control best practices, and overseeing penetration testing. The Information Security Lead will also support customer engagements and sales teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring compliance with information security and privacy policies
• Completing vendor security assessments and reviews
• Reviewing security clauses in customer and vendor contracts
• Providing and enhancing security training and awareness programs
• Managing the organization's technological risk assessments
• Developing and implementing best practices for assessing IT and security controls
• Managing penetration testing and technical risk assessments
• Supporting the business with customer engagements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a technology/software/cloud organization
• Experience implementing and enforcing information security, regulatory, and privacy policies
• Acquaintance with cyber security tools and products
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001/ SOC2/ PCI DSS)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent English
• Experience working at SaaS provider company - an advantage
