Delasport, an iGaming software company, is seeking a Java Team Lead to join their R&D center in Kyiv. The Team Lead will actively participate in product development (50% hands-on), lead a development team, and ensure high performance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking an active part in product development from scratch
  • Developing functional documentation
  • Leading a development team
  • Ensuring the highest standards of the team's performance
  • Planning, prioritizing, estimating, and executing tasks
  • Collaborating with business leads to define milestones and deliveries
  • Participating in team extension (interviewing, providing feedback)

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of commercial Java development experience
  • 5+ years of API development experience
  • Experience managing development teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
