Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

Job Description

Delasport is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their R&D center in Kyiv. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. He will collaborate with software development teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline and implement automated build, test, and deployment processes. Delasport offers full range of management services to iGaming Software.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Designing, building, and managing containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• Collaborating with software development teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline.
• Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Implementing and managing configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Monitoring system performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.
• Participating in the on-call rotation with the DevOps team.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Resilient and flexible mindset.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with GCP experience.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Ansible.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
