Global Development Manager

Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Global Development Manager to scale and manage a high-performing team of 15+ Global Development Reps in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will own and drive the execution of Verkada's new business pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue. This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet pipeline goals, and optimize the business for efficiency. The Global Development Manager will also be responsible for attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining world-class GDR talent, and coaching them to become World-Class Account Executives.Responsibilities:

• Scale and manage a high-performing team of 15+ Global Development Reps
• Own and drive execution of Verkada's new business pipeline goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class GDR talent
• Coach GDR's to become World-Class AE's

Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Experience attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven and analytical
