Workato is seeking a passionate individual for an Intern - Platform Solutions Engineer position in Tokyo, Japan. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The intern will support the team in tasks from usage analysis and customer support to event coordination.Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing automation workflows.
- Creating integration connectors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Implementing best practices for automation.
- Testing and debugging workflows.
- Optimizing workflows and connectors.
- Providing technical support.
- Analyzing data.
- Guiding customers through onboarding.
- Assisting in planning training workshops and events.
- Must be based in Japan.
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., computer science, IT, engineering).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (N1 Level).
- Overseas work or education experience is welcome.
