Regional Vice President (Enterprise - East) at Verkada

Verkada, a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, is seeking a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to spearhead business growth and expansion within the Corporate sector of organizations between 2,000 - 20,000 employees. This role involves strategic and tactical planning to achieve aggressive growth targets and ensure alignment with company goals. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, this position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, developing high-performing teams, and fostering key partnerships to exceed expectations in the East.Verkada is looking for someone to:

• Take full ownership of revenue and bookings growth.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive focus plan to maximize growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives.
• Drive account strategies with a hands-on approach, supporting sales teams on key deals.
• Deliver accurate, actionable sales forecasts that align with executive expectations.

Requirements for this position include:

• 3+ years of experience as a 2nd-line Enterprise sales leader in a technology-driven organization.
• Proven track record as a high-performing sales contributor.
• Customer-focused with demonstrated success developing and maintaining strong relationships within enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar process-driven sales methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
