Workato is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding sales team in Singapore. The SDR will be responsible for uncovering and developing new opportunities through outbound activities, building a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.In this role, the individual will manage a diverse territory remotely, embracing a startup environment where personal performance is critical. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams is essential for success.Responsibilities include:
- Setting up meetings for the Sales Team and building company pipeline.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team on campaigns and GTM efforts.
- Working with Sales Team to refine strategy for targeted territories/segments.
- Consulting existing customers to understand current usage and business goals.
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling and email.
- Continuously improving through feedback.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree (fresh graduates may apply).
- High energy, positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and self-direction.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Some technical aptitude.
- Knowledge of business applications.
