Floor Manager  H/F

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to join their team in La Défense, Paris. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a department within the store, leading a team of sales associates and supervisors, and improving the profitability of their department.

The Floor Manager will work for JD Sports, the Undisputed English King of Baskets! With 3,400 stores in 38 countries, JD strives to support you in Europe, the States, Asia and elsewhere. Today, more than 130 stores are located in France, and this ambition does not stop there since around fifteen openings are expected each year.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors
• Improving department profitability by analyzing performance indicators
• Managing store openings and closings
• Handling HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-presented

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a team
• Excellent sales skills and ability to train others
• Versatility in handling both people management and financial tasks
