Floor Manager  H/F

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee a department within their Lyon store. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and supervisors, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will be responsible for opening and/or closing the store, managing deliveries, briefing teams, planning breaks, and managing cash registers. The Floor Manager will assist in HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training. They will maintain the sales floor appearance.

Role Involves:
• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors
• Improving department profitability by analyzing performance indicators
• Performing store opening and closing procedures
• Assisting with HR tasks such as scheduling and recruitment
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained

Requirements:
• Leadership experience in managing a team
• Excellent sales skills and ability to train others
• Versatility in handling both people management and financial tasks
