JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee a department within their Paris store. The Floor Manager will lead a team of sales associates and supervisors, focusing on team management, sales performance, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role involves operational tasks, HR responsibilities, and ensuring excellent presentation of the sales floor.

Role Involves:
• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors.
• Analyzing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
• Managing store openings and closings.
• Handling deliveries, team briefings, and break schedules.
• Performing HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-presented.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in team management.
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train others.
• Versatility in handling both people management and numerical data.
