The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the store Manager.
What this role involves:
- Driving store performance by developing sales, reducing costs and analysing KPI's.
- Monitoring the competition and staying updated on market trends.
- Leading and motivating the store team through effective communication and task delegation.
- Developing team members by identifying potential, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
- Managing HR related tasks such as salary management, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring the store is clean, well-organized and visually appealing.
- Handling stock management, loss prevention and cash register operations.
Requirements:
- A trustworthy and dependable individual.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Strong skills in sales, management, and coaching.
- No specific educational background is required.
