JD Sports is seeking a Store Director (H/F) to manage their store in Nantes. The Store Director will be responsible for leading the entire store. The director will strive to improve store performance, monitor the competition, manage and motivate the team, handle HR responsibilities, maintain store appearance, and oversee store operations.

Role Involves:

• Improving store performance (sales, costs, KPIs)
• Monitoring the competition
• Leading and motivating the team
• Handling HR responsibilities (recruitment, training, evaluations, scheduling)
• Maintaining store appearance
• Overseeing store operations (stock management, cash handling)
