Role Involves:

• Enhancing store performance through sales growth and cost management.
• Analyzing KPIs (IV, PM, TT, etc.) and reporting activity.
• Monitoring market trends, competition, and store environment.
• Leading team meetings and managing customer issues.
• Developing team skills through feedback and delegation.
• Managing HR tasks including recruitment and training.
• Ensuring store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Overseeing stock management and loss prevention.
