The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the entire store, focusing on improving store performance, monitoring competition, managing and motivating the team, handling HR tasks, ensuring the store's appearance, and overseeing stock and cash management.

Responsibilities include:

• Improving store performance by increasing sales and reducing costs.
• Analyzing sales data and KPIs.
• Monitoring the competition.
• Leading and motivating the team.
• Managing HR tasks like recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.
• Managing stock and cash.
