• Define and execute the product roadmap for key strategic items.
• Identify market trends and client needs.
• Prioritize features and improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Integrate regulatory and security best practices.
• Enhance client-facing products.
• Drive automation and scalability in execution infrastructure.
• Implement analytics and monitoring tools.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows.
• Define and track KPIs.
• Adhere to project governance process.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Proactively remove blockers and impediments.
• Deliver the finished product to the market efficiently.
• Gather metrics to evaluate the success of implemented changes.
• Support the continuous improvement of the product & delivery function.
• Coach new or junior team members.

Requirements:

• Min 7 years of hands-on experience in the product management of execution services.
• Deep understanding of execution algorithms, smart order routing (SOR), and liquidity aggregation across centralized exchanges and OTC desks.
• Experience working with FIX/WebSocket APIs, low-latency trading systems, and order management systems (OMS).
• Strong technical understanding of trading, market structures, and exchange connectivity.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with quant teams, traders, developers, and external partners.
• Experience working in an agile environment, managing product roadmaps, and delivering iterative improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities on multiple projects.
• Excellent understanding and practical experience of the Project Lifecycle.
• Experience of market making, trading infrastructure, FX or crypto, all advantages.
