Job Description
B2C2 is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join one of its Java teams. B2C2 is a digital asset pioneer building the ecosystem of the future. The firm has unlocked institutional access to crypto by providing reliable liquidity across market conditions. Role involves:
- Developing and maintaining Java-based applications and components
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participating in code reviews and incorporating feedback
- Writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure code quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Working closely with other teams to investigate and solve issues
- Maintaining and enforcing good quality internal documentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Basic understanding of web technologies and protocols (e.g. HTTP, Websocket)
- Some experience with Linux, Docker, Git
- Interest in crypto and/or trading is nice to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail
