Role Involves:
- Ensuring maximum uptime for production systems
- Providing level 1 and 2 application and client support
- Collaborating with Development, Quant, and Infrastructure teams to resolve system issues
- Monitoring application alerts to maintain optimal system performance
- Maintaining internal documentation
- Performing weekly support duties checklists
- Managing client-reported issues from start to finish
- Providing end-user desktop support for internal staff
Requirements:
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Programming/scripting experience preferred
- Keen eye for detail
- Open to providing phone or remote support during non-office hours
- Interest in monitoring, alerting, and reporting
- Some experience with Apple MacBooks and Linux technologies
