B2C2 is seeking a Mid Java Developer to join their team in Zielona Gora. The position is hybrid.

The Mid Java Developer will work on developing and maintaining efficient Java-based applications and components, ensuring high-quality code. They will also maintain and enhance in-house shared libraries. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting software defects, and participating in code reviews.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining Java-based applications

• Writing robust, maintainable code
• Troubleshooting software defects

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of software development in Java
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
• Clean and efficient coding style
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience taking ownership of projects
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (B2/C1)
