Workato is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support to its U.S. and international sales, customer success, and product teams. The role involves collaborating with the Sr. Director of Legal Affairs and other Senior Corporate Counsel. This is a hybrid position based in Singapore, requiring at least one day per week in the office. Workato is looking for a motivated, experienced problem solver with strong business acumen and communication skills, who embraces integrity and teamwork.Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Working with stakeholders on commercial and strategic agreements,
- Conducting legal research and simplifying legal issues for stakeholders.
- Handling other legal projects as needed.
- Juris Doctor, LL.B., or equivalent, licensed in Singapore.
- 5-8+ years of legal experience with SaaS licensing.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, CPRA, GDPR, etc.).
- Superior drafting and negotiation skills with customer counsel.
- Unquestioned ethics, integrity, and accountability
