Cost Deployment Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a Cost Deployment Engineer (m/w/d) to optimize costs and identify cost drivers in their production processes. This role involves working closely with factory controlling and requires strong analytical and communication skills.He will be responsible for comprehensive cost management in GROPYUS's production process.

• Optimizing series products and identifying cost drivers.
• Evaluating the impact of product and process changes.
• Analyzing and monitoring production costs for ongoing series production and new products.
• Identifying savings goals and ensuring timely implementation with the team.
• Acting as an interface between the production plant and international controlling.
• Developing methodologies for calculating personnel and machine costs.
• Participating in production projects to plan and implement cost-efficient solutions.

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in cost management and analysis, ideally in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of numbers and an independent, structured way of working.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
• Confident communication in German and English.
