Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a Hausmeister (m/w/d) to ensure the proper operation of its building systems and facilities. The Hausmeister will be responsible for overseeing maintenance schedules, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the functionality of systems such as heating and water supply. They will also provide caretaker services and serve as a point of contact for clients and suppliers on site.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper building operations
• Monitoring building systems and maintenance schedules
• Performing repairs and maintenance on building systems
• Ensuring system functionality, especially heating and water supply
• Providing caretaker services throughout the plant
• Serving as a point of contact for clients and suppliers on site
• Maintaining outdoor and garden areas
• Performing company travel
• Taking on technical on-call duty

Requirements:

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification
• Experience in building technology and maintenance
• Independent and responsible work style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (occasionally and mostly within 150km)
