GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable modular buildings, is seeking a Senior Technical Key Account Manager. This role involves comprehensive client consultation from initial contact to contract closure, incorporating GROPYUS project stakeholders.

The Senior Technical Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing extensive client consultation on all aspects of construction projects.
  • Handling offers, calculations, and technical concepts for building projects.
  • Structuring, negotiating, and finalizing construction contracts.
  • Managing existing key accounts for turnkey residential properties in Germany.
  • Acquiring and supporting project-based orders.
  • Offering after-sales service that reflects GROPYUS's values.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Solid experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), real estate management, or equivalent.
  • Several years of technical expertise in the execution of construction projects.
  • Proficiency in timber modular construction is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Team player.
