GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable modular buildings, is seeking a Senior Vertriebsingenieur / Senior Sales Engineer. This role involves building and maintaining a network of construction clients and investors for turnkey residential properties.
The Senior Sales Engineer will provide comprehensive customer support for GROPYUS's construction system, from initial concept to contract closure, utilizing digital processes. They will coordinate project concepts and quotations with the Bauteilentwicklung and Bauabteilung. They will also be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and concluding construction contracts in accordance with BGB and VOB, plus coordinating with interdisciplinary teams in project management, considering architecture, sustainability, construction, production, finance, and legal aspects.
This position requires providing after-sales service that reflects GROPYUS's core values of customer experience and sustainability.
Role involves:
- Building and maintaining a network of Bauherren and investors.
- Providing customer support and guidance.
- Coordinating project concept and quotation creation.
- Structuring, negotiating, and finalizing construction contracts.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Providing after-sales service.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction), or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the construction and/or architecture industry.
- Strong communication, customer orientation, and persuasiveness skills.
- Confident demeanor, including in negotiation settings.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and entrepreneurially.
- Passion for sales and customer service with a sustainable focus.
- High level of commitment and structured way of working.
