Job Description

GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable buildings through modular construction, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role involves the management of construction projects, ensuring economic and technical objectives are met.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating companies on-site, managing construction projects in structural and turnkey construction, coordinating construction partners, preparing tenders, and handling scheduling, monitoring, and invoicing of subcontractor services. They will also manage correspondence with authorities, conduct inspections, identify contractual deviations, and assist in the creation of change requests.

Requirements include:

• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical education
• Experience as a construction manager in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in Office products.
• Knowledge of construction law (VOB)
• Fluent in German and good English skills
